The board of directors and management of Jayamas Property Group, together with the landowners Woolley Development and WD Properties, led by Ir. Ooi Wei Chong, initiated the groundbreaking ceremony earlier this morning.
Chinatown is expected to be completed by 2025. This commercial development was already fully taken up in August 2023. In addition to Chinatown, Jayamas Property Group again expanded with a larger scale of commercial development of shophouses named Nanyang Street, which is located only a stone’s throw away from Chinatown.
